Support

Real people, in your timezone.

When your monitoring flags a problem, you don't want a chatbot or a ticket that disappears into an offshore queue. Bayqus support is local, reachable during your working day, and backed by clear response targets. Here's exactly how to reach us and what to expect.

How to reach us

One channel, no runaround: email reaches the same team that builds and runs the platform. For anything time-sensitive, the live status page tells you instantly whether an issue is on our side.

Email — for everything

Support, setup help, incidents, sales and demos all go to one address, straight to a real person on the team.

When we're available

The whole point of local support is that we're awake when you are.

Support hours: business hours, Baku time (GMT+4)

Because our team is in the same region as you, there's no overnight gap where your request waits for a support office on the other side of the world to wake up. You get help during your business day, in a timezone you share. For managed-service customers, out-of-hours coverage for critical incidents is available — see the SLA.

Response targets

Every request is triaged by severity. These are our target first-response times — the full commitment lives in the SLA.

SeverityWhat it meansTarget first response
Critical Platform down, or your monitoring is blind across a whole site. 1 business hour
High A major feature is broken or a key device isn't reporting. 4 business hours
Normal Questions, configuration help, and non-urgent requests. 1 business day

Targets are for first human response, not full resolution. Read the full SLA for uptime commitments and definitions.

On-prem & enterprise support

Our managed core runs on self-managed infrastructure in the EU and Azerbaijan. Need full data sovereignty? Run the Bayqus core on your own infrastructure — we support that too.

  • Self-hosted deploymentsGuided setup, upgrade guidance and incident support for teams running the core on their own servers. Enterprise and multi-site fleets can arrange tailored coverage — get in touch to scope it.

No offshore ticket black hole

When you write to Bayqus, a real person on the team that builds and runs the platform reads it — in your timezone, in your working day. No script-reading first line, no queue that resets every time you follow up. That's the whole promise of local support, and it's why we put our email right at the top of this page: support@bayqus.app.
