Monitoring built to see what outside tools can't.
Bayqus is a managed-IT monitoring platform built by ONYX in Azerbaijan. A lightweight agent runs inside your network and pushes health data out over TLS — so it sees behind NAT what external tools cannot: servers, PCs, switches, printers and UPS units. No open ports. No VPN. And support that shares your timezone.
Who we are
Most monitoring tools look at your infrastructure from the outside in. Bayqus flips it around: the agent lives inside the network and reports outward, which is the only reliable way to watch devices that sit behind a firewall.
The outbound-only wedge
External pollers can only reach public endpoints. A device on an office LAN — a switch, a printer, an internal database server — has no public address to poll. Bayqus solves this from the inside: one agent per site opens a single outbound TLS connection and pushes health data to us. Nothing has to be exposed to the internet.
What one agent covers
A single site collector reports its own host and reaches agentless devices over SNMP — switches, printers and UPS units — so you don't need a firewall proxy or an agent on every box. Servers and PCs run the host agent directly.
The result: full-fleet visibility with zero inbound ports opened on your side, and no VPN tunnel to maintain.
Why we built it
We ran managed IT for businesses in the region and kept hitting the same wall. The tooling was either too blind or too heavy — and when something broke, support was a timezone (and a language) away.
-
External pollers see too littleTools like UptimeRobot poll public endpoints. They confirm your website is up — but they never see the switch, printer or internal server behind the firewall.
-
Heavy platforms are hard to runFull-scale tools like Zabbix are powerful but heavy to stand up and maintain. Smaller teams wanted something lighter that still watched everything that matters.
-
Support was always somewhere elseMSPs and businesses in the region needed monitoring backed by people who answer in their own timezone — not an offshore ticket queue.
-
Opening ports was a non-starterPoking inbound holes in a customer firewall to let an outside tool "reach in" is a security liability. Outbound-only push removes that risk entirely.
What we stand on
Three principles are wired into the product, not bolted on as marketing.
-
Privacy-firstThe agent collects health and telemetry only — online/offline, CPU, RAM, disk, uptime, service status, SNMP readings. No keystroke logging. No screen capture. No productivity or activity tracking. Ever.
-
Outbound-only architectureEvery connection is initiated by the agent, over TLS. No inbound port is opened on the customer side, and there's no VPN to run. Devices behind NAT stay invisible to the internet but visible to you.
-
Local support, your timezoneYou're not filing a ticket into a black hole on the other side of the planet. Support is local and reachable during your working day. See how support works →
